Following adverse weather, Phuket's 4-star Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa has extended its renovation period. Started on 16 August, work was expected to be finished by 30 September, however the management has reported that the pool will not reopen until 7 October.
Work is being carried out daily, from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. In the meantime, guests may use the pool at the 4-star Peach Blossom Resort. Shuttle transfer service is being provided.
The hillside property is located above Kata beach. The compound is comprised of several 2- and 3-storey Thai-style buildings. Amenities include a spa and water sports. Children under age 18 are not permitted at the hotel.
