Explore Cave Mysteries Underwater!

10 February 2017

Hat Chao Mai National Park in Trang province has introduced a new adventure for skilled divers called the Black Pearl Cave. Located under Koh Waen, the cave used to be a premier location for undersea wedding activities and professional divers.

Now the Black Pearl Cave is open to tourists. However, getting there is quite a challenge: Scuba divers have to descend vertically 12-15 m. under Koh Waen to reach the mouth of the cave.

With no daylight penetrating the dome, it is completely dark and visitors need flashlights to explore. A dive takes about 15 minutes, but the memories will last a lifetime.
