Thai Smile Airways, a regional carrier wholly owned by Thai Airways, ranked fifth among the world’s best air carriers in TripAdvisor’s first airline ranking based on traveler reviews. Thai Smile also topped the country’s favourites list. Parent carrier Thai Airways was named one of the best regional airlines in the Asia-Pacific market.
The list of favourite airlines is dominated by Asian companies, notably Singapore Airlines, Korean Air, Japan Airlines and Garuda Indonesia.
