Tourism Leaders Headed to WTTC Global Summit

So far in 2017, Thailand has received 10.72 million international visitors, Thailand’s Ministry of Tourism reported in the run-up to the WTTC 2017 Global Summit.

The summit will be held from 25 - 27 April, and is expected to boost interest in the Kingdom and enhance its investment appeal as a tourist destination. The WTTC Global Summit will be attended by more than 750 high-profile individuals, influential business people, and government leaders from around the world, including former UK Prime Minister David Cameron, AirAsia founder Tony Fernandes, President for Group Services and Data at Emirates Airlines, Gary Chapman, senior executives of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Google Travel, Agoda, and Siam Piwat. Altogether, these people represent more than 30% of the world’s tourism market.
